Greetings. After many disappoints on the versions posted so far,
none of which are correct!--I'll offer this to the mess that already is.
I believe this to be about 99.9% accurate, so happy playing!
This is an intermediate level guitar part.
Pay attention to the muted strings, and hammer of high B on the 12th fret.
If doing this with a Band, the Bass part is added (for the most part).
The Bass line is never leaping around, keep it moving stepwise through
the notes (e.g. the Bridge section). I labeled the similar (C9 & C2)
chords differently so you will know which version occurs when. Enjoy!
