Better Man  Robbie Williams

Song: Better Man
Artist: Robbie Williams
Album: Sing When You're Winning
Song Track No: 2
Tabbed By: Subodh Pun
Hi friends. This is the first time of tabbing a song by myself. It's a
great song and thanks to Robbie Williams for that. I finally figured out the
chords of the song through watching the video of the song (although they
show only a few chords which is played by the rhythm guitarist) and by my
selfeffort in hunting the chords. So here it is friends......enjoy!!!! Any
comment, correction or just anything, pls don't hesitate to contact me.
Better Man
The guitarist plays the plucking.
[G] [Cm/Eb]

 E--------3-------3------3---------|---------3----------3------3----|
 B--------3-------3---------3-----|----------3----------3--------3-|
 G-----4-------4------------------|-------5---------5-------------|
 D--5-------5--------5-------------|---5---------5--------5---------|
 A------------------------------|-----------------------------|
 E------------------------------|-----------------------------|
 E---------3------3------3---------|----3-------------------------|
 B---------3------3----------3-----|----3-------------------------|
 G------4-------4-----------------|-----5------------------------|
 D--5--------5-------5-------------|----5-------------------------|
 A------------------------------|-----------------------------|
 E------------------------------|-----------------------------|

Verse I goes like this.....
Send someone to [G]love me
I need to [Em]rest in arms
Keep me [C]safe from harm
In pouring [D]rain........
............
In this way, the rest of the Verse I completes and Verse II also goes in the
same manner. But at the end of each Verses, both ends with a Dsus4 and a D
as given
..........
Before my [D]time[Dsus4] [D]
The Chorus of the song begins with an Em and the rest are D, G, Em, C, D and
finally ends with a Dsus4 and a D again. The last part of the Chorus ends
with a N/C (NO Chord), i.e., no chord is played by the guitarist in this
part. The Chorus follows like this......
Chorus
As my [Em]soul
Heals the [D]shame
..............
....
D Dsus4 D N/C
All I can....................to be a better man
In the case of the last Verse, i.e., Verse III, the chords are sightly
different than the previous verses. Since the chords are not same as the as
the previous ones, I am writing the lyric of the Verse III with the chords
on it.
Verse III
[Gm]Once you found that lover you're home abound
Love is [F]all around
Love is [Gm]all around
[Gm]I know some here fallen on a [F]stony ground
But love is [D]all around[Dsus4] [D]
In this way the song completes. The Intro, Chorus and the Verse I also
repeats in the song. I don't think I have to mention that cuz I don't think
it is necessary.

So this is it friends.....Some people say that if you have done something
new in your life then you should dedicate it to the ones you really love and
miss cuz that will force you to go forward in your life. So therefore I
dedicate this small masterpiece of mine to my family, my relatives and to
all my friends of Campion Academy, Kumaripati, of batch 2058 B.S.(2001 A.D.)
who I know.
