Same for next verse and chorus:
Sweet dauphine (I think thats what he says) where've you been
I am thinking of you
Make my fear disappear
Turn my grey morning blue
But know this, by your soft kiss
Must be true as the land
For it seems, all my dreams
lie within your command
Oh young Jane, things never change
We're still walking the same streets we grew up on
But your eyes must realise
That a love wasted once is forever gone
Like rain in December
Bridge: (C going in to it)
[Em]I will [C]suffer the s[G]ilence in ea[D]ch hour and day
[Em]I will [C]suffer the h[G]ardships tha[D]t keep you away
[Em]I will [C]suffer the r[G]oad that lea[D]ds me to your d[C]oor
Till I suffer no more
Em G C x 2 and finish.
I think its all correct, the A in the verse might be off and possibly the D in
the bridge but they sound right to me. Comments welcome.
