This is a revision of tablature that I posted a few days ago.  Thanks
to Tim Victor (timv@well.sf.ca.us) for spotting several errors, and
offering alternate ways of playing certain passages.  Among them:

In part (1.), Tim mentioned that his fakebook listed the chords as
F#m7 - B7b5 - Em7 - A7b5.  One of my fakebooks has these chords, and
another lists F#7b5 - B7 - E7b5 - A7, so you can take your pick.

My biggest error was in the bridge, where I listed the chord as G#m7,
but tabbed the notes for F#m7.  The tab has been revised to G#m7,
which is the correct chord.  I also added the chord symbol for Gmaj7,
which had been omitted in my original article.

Also in the bridge, I changed the position of the "E7" chord.  As I
originally wrote it, the chord did not contain the flatted seventh.
The new voicing is much better, but is several frets higher on the
fretboard.  If your guitar does not have a cutaway, you'll probably
want to stick with the old voicing.

Once again, follow-ups are set to r.m.m.g.t.

part (1.).  Repeat the first two lines of tab, and then jump down to
(2.), continuing through to the bridge, and the last verse.
