It strikes me that it sounds at its best when capo'ed on the third fret...
Dunno whether that makes it as the beatles did it, but since I'm plying on a gutar, and they played it as a piano track, i feel a little of the accuracy is gone anyway...

The key you put this in isn't the key of the recording, however if you transpose it up 5 semitones that's the key of the recording...other than that the chord progression is correct.
