The chord phrasings I posted look odd in the posted key of C, but when transposed to open G the chord shapes will sound more like the record (played in open G, but tuned down to F). I also tried to update the descending bass parts where applicable; again it looks a bit ugly in the key of C (try it in G). Hope this helps, Bob

changes made by stitchfiddler, I think, "Why she had to go' and, 'I said something wrong' are played the same, Am, E7, Am... etc. That's how I play it anyway. Enjoy
