I think that as an acoustic chord version you've got this nicely right. I'm a simple guitarist but it makes me sound good. I don't think this is meant to be played along side the Peppers actual recording.

This is in the wrong key. The intro is in C,i think G, and E(arpeg'd of course). Then verse E, B, C#M, A, B... Then E, B, C#M, A ... repeat. Then play one G#M strum to transition to chorus. I play everything barred, excet the E (which I switch up and play open quite a bit). Great song. One of my favs.

This is missing a couple of chords. check this for the right chords http://www.chordie.com/chord.pere/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fhem.passagen.se%2Fsurftore%2Ftext%2Flyrics%2Fred_hot_chili_peppers%2Funder_the_bridge_pro.txt&songbook=source&transpose=0

if you play the intro in c, then it will change the key to E. It is slightly easier. Play the E barred 7th position.

OK I've played it and replaced the Em with a regular ol G and it sounds perfect!!! Seriously try it!

its a e then quickly to an f...

It sounds like the Em should be an "F" chord

The 3rd chord in the vers is wrong, should be Am not Abm (in original key E). Think the confusion might have been that every other round they take a quick Abm before the land at Am, but its the Am that is important. /A

Sounds pretty good with proper strumming, thanks :)
