Cry Me A River  Julie London

Well you can [A7]cry me a river,[D9] cry me a river,
[F7]I cried a [E7]river over [Am]you.[Dm/B] [E7]
[Am9]Now you say you're so[Am]rry [Dm7]    for being [G7]so un[CMa7]true;[Dm/B] [E7]
Well you can c[A7]ry me a river, [D9]cry me a river,
[F7]I cried a [E7]river over [Am]you.
[Em]You drove me, nearly drove me [Am]out of my he[B7]ad;
While y[Em]ou never s[Am7]hed a t[B7]ear;
[Em]Remember? I remember [Am]all that you s[B7]aid --
To[E7]ld me love was too plebian,
[E7]Told me you were through with[Dm&] me, [E7]and,
[Am9]Now you say you l[Am]ove me;  [Dm7]   well, just to [G7]prove it's t[CMa7]rue,[Dm/B] [E7]
You can [A7]cry me a river,[D9] cry me a river,
[F7]I cried a r[E7]iver over [Am]you.
[A7]Cry me a river,[D9] cry me a river
[F7]I cried a r[E7]iver over y[Am]ou.

The first chord should be an Ami9 and the bridge goes to Em Am B7 not Am. Try a D9 instead of the Am/F#

If you've found this song because you've heared Michael Bouble singing it. Go and listen to Julie London's version.

This is a nice version of this song. Keep to two strums per chord or sometimes four at the end of a line.

It's a lot less complicated than the record but it's lovely to play with just one guitar and prefferably a frind who can sing like Julie London.

I really don't like that Am7/F# Any ideas?
