Great song, but, I think these chords as shown are best suited for piano. Doesn't sound quite right to me on acoustic guitar.
Here's an easier arrangement for those of us who aren't as far along as the "experts".
1. Transpose +2 semitones, then capo fret 5 to get in the same key as Carly sings it.
2. Change a bunch of chords:
>> Change all Em7 to Em.
>> Change all Cmaj7 to C.
>> Change all Am7 to Am
>> Change all Bm7 to Bm.
>> Change all D13 to D.
3. Eliminate the G and second C in the first lines of the verses, such that you play (example verse 1): "walked" (Em), "walking" (C), and "yacht" (Em). (Too many changes as written; again, probably for piano.)
This arrangement may infuriate the "purists", but if I can change something to make it easier (and more fun) to play and still make it sound good, I'm not too proud to do it. Good luck!
