Song: Piece Of My Heart
Astist: Janis Joplin
Written by: J.Ragovoy-B.Berns

INTRO:
Come on! Come on! Come on! Come on!

VERSE 1:
Didn't I make you feel like you were the only man?
Yeah, and didn't I give you nearly ev'rthing that a woman possibly can?
Honey you know I did!

Bridge 1:
But each time I tell my self that I, that I think I've had enough
Oh, but I'm gonna show ya baby, that a woman can be tough
I want you to come on, come on, come on, come on and

CHORUS:
TAKE IT! Take another little piece of my heart now baby,
(Break a) Break another little bit of my heart, now darlin' yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah
(Have a) Have another little piece of my heart now baby
Well you know you got it if it makes you feel good, oh yes indeed.

VERSE 2:
You're out on the streets, lookin' good, and baby deep down in your heart,
I guess you know that it ain't right
Nowb, nowb, nowb, nowb, nowb, nowb hear me when I cry at night
Yeah, but I cry all the time!

BRIDGE2:
And each time I tell myself that I, that I can't stand the pain
When you hold me in your arms, I'm singin' once again
I said come on, come on, come on, come on yeah

CHORUS

SOLO

BRIDGE3:
I need you to come on, come on, come on, come on, and

CHORUS

Well you know you go it (SCREEEAAAAM!!!!!)

CHORUS

These are the best I could come up with from listening to the CD. Words
like "nowb" are typed correctly, it just sounds like that's what she's
singing according to the CD. Any corrections are welcome. Thanks everyone
for being patient. I sent in "Waste" by Phish to OLGA a few weeks ago, so
who knows how ling it will take to get this posted. In any case, ENJOY! You
may have to listen to the CD to get the correct timing and the improv on each
chorus.

No Worries!
