Tried your chords and um, nope. Try this instead... Am, F, C and then drop the middle finger from the C (not sure what chord this is) and repeat these for the verses. For the chorus try F, C and then G for "take me back to the start..." The walk-up after the chorus goes C, F, C (with the dropped middle) THEN back to the Am, F, C for the verse. Try the capo on the fifth fret for it to have the same exact key as the song.. Got this from my keyboard player and sounds almost perfect!

tip. I suggest playing this right after Bb: 113311. just one little strum.
Plus, it sounds better, if after F you play x33011 and/or x32011 . And i agree on Dm instead of C. ;)

I agree. Dm for the first F of every phrase replicates the voice leading in the song much better and is a simple yet powerful addition

I think that the first chord (in every verse line) should be a Dm instead of F.
