I cannot help you with a tutor but there are two things that you can do to help with timing.

One is to buy (or use an on-line) metronome, set it to the tempo of the song and play whilst listening to the beat to keep you timing even.

The other is to look on the internet for midi files of the song you want to play and play long with it, you may need a to alter the key to suit your voice or playing but there are programmes to do this.
