I keep two acoustics Nashville tuned and two normal and yes the string tension is different for the Nashville strings and needed a truss rod adjustment.

Sorry I missed this, my bad!!

I keep two acoustics Nashville tuned and two normal and yes the string tension is different for the Nashville strings and needed a truss rod adjustment.

Jan, Nashville tuning has the E, A, D, and G strings replaced with thinner strings and tuned an octave higher than normal, the B and e are tuned as normal and this gives a different sound. I really like the effect of finger picking with this tuning but more importantly, I like to be different to everyone else too .

unclejoesband ................ looks like you were all having fun. A little bit hard to hear you in parts but what i could hear of you sounded good. That lady in the group she sounded good ........ i would have liked to hear you both sing this separately ..... i think you would have both made it your own individually

Wow! There are some great and different versions of "Don't Think Twice It's Alright". Now I have completed mine I have listened to them and commented on Soundcloud but I was unable to access the one from Easybeat. Well done all.

I will listen to "City of New Orleans" songs after I have recorded my own.
