Sure, here it is https://www.chordie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=36356 - it also has one of the follow up songs "Suffering", which follows the same chord progression;  there were two others that followed on, but I haven't posted or recorded them.

Just on note on the chords - I use the 'at' symbol to specify where on the fretboard it is meant to be played, so the Am@5 means to play the Am chord on the 5th fret - it gives it a different dynamic to playing in the 1st position (eg x 0 3 0 1 0 in the first position as opposed to 5 7 5 5 5 5 at the 5th position), but if you're going to play it on uke, it may be a moot point.
