I  email  as  requested  and as  usual  no  reply  .all it  takes   is  sorry  we  are  now  sorted  which  can be  either   an email  or  a  face  book  post .

When I  was  organising   events I  always  made  sure  applicants were  informed    both  as  to  times  , equipment  and  any  thing  else  relevant .
Come  on guys  its  not  rocket  science .
