Sorry to hear that. What style do you play? three finger rolls? clawhammer? Here's a great site http://www.musicmoose.org some of the best banjo players around. And do you know of Bela Fleck? There's so much more to banjo than bluegrass which I do like....marcalan

Totally with you. Only problem is my banjo has hung on the wall without being touched now for over a year. Damned hard thing to learn to play. Spent a year learning, picking up the chords, getting the fingers to behave and finally get some speed up and then all of a sudden lost all interest.

I'll maybe get back to it one day.
