Baby food is not a correct diet for a cat and could be part of its weight loss problem. You could try giving her some raw chicken breast. If taken from the fridge, mix with a little hot water to bring it to room temperature. One of my cats will not eat any processed cat food whatsoever and has raw chicken every day, the other two only get it occasionally as a treat. There is also a dispenser with Whiskas cat biscuits for anytime snacks for them.

Clearing  out your cookies can resolve many problems so I would try this first.

Hi Gabby

A photo would be a great help in identifying the instrument. There are instructions from Amy in a 'Sticky' at the start of the About Chordie section or is you are still unsure you can e-mail one to me and I will do it for you.

Rickyjack,

As you can see from the picture I posted immediately before your query it is still there. Try pressing 'Control' and '-' to reduce your screen resolution and hopefully you will then see it.

The news shows extensive flooding, an electricity sub station shorting out, severe snow falls and reports of 18 deaths with possible more to be reported.

Hope all Chordians and their families are OK.

I hope you guys across the pond are all battened down, with plenty of supplies (beer) in and keep safe when Sandy hits you.

Take care, Roger

I have it in A, E and in G if any of these are of any help to you.

If I had my way all guitars would be built this way, with the nut simply as a spacer to keep the strings apart and a zero fret to control the height of the strings. This way the action would always be low at the nut end and the saddle height would control the action further up the fretboard.

By the way Z, my 12er is female but she appreciates the sentiment of your comment smile.

Bad news Russ, you are lucky to only have to fight for $10.00.

I am guessing that yours, unlike my 70s Melody 12er, does not have a zero fret as shown in the photo. Because of this the strings on mine are extremely low and it is as easy to play as either of my two electric guitars, but a decent set up should make yours easier much to play.

I hope she gives you plenty of enjoyment.

The example song has two beats on each chord and, as I am pretty sure that you guys in the States use the word measure for that we Brits call a bar, there are two chords per measure (bar) in this song ie:

G G D D ¦ Em Em C C ¦ G G D D ¦ C C G G ¦ G G D D¦

Play one strum for each chord shown as the song will sound OK.

As Zurf states there is no standard and you need to know the song to play from this or from tabs, only a full music score gives you the full information to play the song but unfortunately not everyone can read one.

I assumed that if you were set up as a 'lefty' in resources that the chart would be left handed but I have just found that this is not so.

I will drop a line to Per (the site owner) and ask him if it is possible. It would be handy for the other instrument players if the chart would show their instrument chords also.

I do not remember ever having that function. I change the key before I save it to my Songbook and that works.
