Yeah, I forgot that requirement.  Breathing would be strongly preferred.

In the case of my wife, no it wouldn't!

Just Googled it and got this.

It says something about brushing it with a cat, maybe that's where you're going wrong.

All that has been said above and a lot more.

May life be good to you.

Dr. Dolittle here.

I have just had a couple of emails, one from a little bird that sits in a tree in Grande Valley and another from a cow in Scotland. The message reads....

' Please inform your friends on Chordie that we are not trying to encourage their guitar playing, quite the opposite. We sit and listen mainly because we can't believe our ears.
Would it be too much to ask to pass on a message from us... SHUT THE HELL UP!  moo..tweet.

The others become ( and stay ) members of Chordie.

Have a look at this, it will give you an idea. You don't have to buy these bags, you can use any old container or sack. Make sure it has drainage holes at the bottom.

Happy gardening.

Russell, have you tried growing potatoes in bags up there and if you can get them, try Sparta tomatoes, beautiful taste, although they could just be an English brand.

Cabbage, lettuce, rasberries, stawberries, beans planted in my garden along with the neighbours cat. They are still looking for it.

It used to strut past my window with that 'I'm going to dig up your plants' look on it's face. It didn't look that cocky when I levelled the 12 bore at it !!!

Zurf my guitar was on the floor leaning up against the bookcase next to my bed, impossible as it may seem I somehow jumped out of bed in my sleep and my head struck the corner of the body, the swelling has gone down but there's still a little bump to remind me I much prefer the dreams where I'm flying or engaged in some "personal activity" with a member of the opposite gender lol

Be thankfull you don't keep the piano in your bedroom. Also keep in mind if you fall on your guitar when having a 'personal activity' dream it may take a skilled surgeon to remove it!

Excuse me if I'm on the wrong track here. I did not use the search facility a lot, if at all, but this is now something else. Very fast and enough information to find what you are looking for. An easier link to what you want instead of taking the usual route and having to wait and trawl through huge lists of songs and artists.

Raven Lady, that music bar was Smooth Herman's and is still a great place to eat and hear live music.

   Badeye  cool cool

Well thank you. If I have got any spare cash next year I might just surprise you.

Happy birthday Mrs. Badeye. I bet you're really thrilled your wonderful husband has told the whole world your age.

We all know you are still 21 and married a much older man.

Have a nice day.

That is so bizzare! A reverse options to watch a tv?,

So strange I tihnk i am wanting one of these. No reason other than to say look what my telly can do lol

Ken

Ken, you can have it, in fact I'll bring it up for you.

Just one proviso, you gotta take the mother-in-law as well.

The tv is a Sharpe. Next time I go round I'll try and get a picture of the text .

The mother-in law rang one night to say the text on her new tv was back to front. After telling her to put her glasses on and the whiskey down I went round to see what was going on. The text was in reverse or a mirror image.

3 days and 10 phone calls later my phone rang..........' we have found the answer to the problem' said the guy from the manufactures ' press the button at the top right hand corner and it will put things right'. Perfect.

Me....'Whilst you're on the phone can you tell me why the tv has this facilty'

Guy...'It is for use in your car when you are reversing'

I'm not that bright at times so I fail to see why a mirror image should make for better reversing and how the hell you are going to fit a 32'' flat screen tv to your windscreen.

The mind boggles.

I had record shops in the 70's and imported tons of soul amd motown from the states. As they didn't have centres we used thousands of these.
Still have a fair few in my collection.

From the website.....

Greene King's flagship brand Abbot Ale is a favourite with the nation's discerning beer drinker. An iconic beer, Abbot is brewed for longer in a traditional way in order to achieve its world famous distinctive taste.

The secret of Abbot Ale lies not only in its ingredients but the way it is treated along every step of its production, from the arrival of the raw ingredients at the brewery to the cask and beyond.

From myself.............

Before starting your fifth pint put your guitar in a hard case, one that will withstand a thirteen stone idiot falling on it. The idiot will have a silly grin on his face if not indulging in some girlie type laughter.

I've been asked many times what my favourite record was but always managed never to be pinned down. All music is good music I used to say.

Then I thought about it and found alot of music is crap!

The best of all time.........All or nothing by the Small faces.

If you wish to discuss, the entry fee to my place is a bottle of Jim Beam Black.
