large hands is not an excuse. i have the same but i am loving learning the mandolin. I have just got myself an old hickory mandolin and i can`t put it down its a wonderful instrument just need some tuition if there`s anyone out there that will oblige <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_biggrin.gif" border=0 alt="Very Happy">
