Mr Wright - what type of music are you playing?

Mainly country but anything with three chords is fun as well!  lol

thats exactly what i'm looking for roger!  is there a site here or anywhere else for that matter that has the progressions for all the chords?  G-C, C-D, D-G, etc....?

Thanks guys!

Hello all,

would really love some help, tips, etc... on this question.

I have been playing the guitar for about a year now.  I can play most of the major chords and can go from chord to chord fairly easy.  Here recently I am trying to play the notes before transitioning to the next chord.  I call them "filler" notes but i'm not sure if thats right.

For example, if i'm playing a G i can hear it in my head the notes i want to pick before i go to the C. the problem is that i don't know where the notes are on the neck of the guitar.

Basically what I am trying to do is "spruce up" my guitar playing to give it a more full sound.

Any help would be appreciated and I hope this makes sense to anyone who may read it!

Thanks in advance!

James
