Is there a limit to how many songs can be added to a songbook? It seems that when I hit 99 entries, I was no longer able to add songs, so I created a second songbook. Is there a way to add more than 99 songs to a songbook?

I have a few songs that are duplicated in my songbook, but I can't find a way to delete the duplicates or versions I don't like. Is there a way to do it?
