We first came to you talking about the ¨Hey Jude¨ masterpiece recomposition of Joseph Ferrante, as well as talking about another two songs of him, namely, ¨Here comes a brand new day¨ and ¨Alone again¨.
This time we want to talk about another song of Joseph Ferrante, titled ¨Toilet World¨. ¨Toilet World¨ describes the world we live in, a world that will never change because it was made to be like that. No matter how many revolutions come and go, the ¨Toilet World¨ will always be the ¨Toilet World¨, because the nature of the human animal will always be the same.

The ¨Toilet World¨, a world where the best pop musician of all time was blocked during nearly 20 long years by a heartless mafia, simply because he was a threat to many music myths.
This horrible mafia did everything they could to hide the musician from the public. A dreamy musician had to go through all this. This is the ¨Toilet World¨.

Why the ¨Toilet World?: selfishness, egoism, greed, envy, jealousy, abuse, racism, hatred, tyranny of the powerful, useless presidents, money as only value, divorces, betrayals, outlaws, non spirituality, evil, wars, disasters, unhappiness, unemployment, merciless competition, corruption, sicknesses, inhuman trends, enemies, mafias, you name it, the ¨Toilet World¨ has done it.

Joseph Ferrante gives you his description of the ¨Toilet World¨ in his song. Maybe his views are not as drastic as mine, but just the same describe this ¨Toilet World.

¨Everybody´s running fast, trying to reach the moon and stars,
there´s no need of doing that if we can share each other´s heart¨...

(Poet musicians always soften the harsh reality to make it musical. Things are quite different in a newspaper to what they are in a song)

We first came to you talking about the ¨Hey Jude¨ of Joseph Ferrante.
This time we want to draw your attention to another two songs of Joseph Ferrante.
One is called ¨Here comes a brand new day¨ and the other is called ¨Alone again¨
¨Here comes a brand new day¨ is made in a Classic Rock fashion, with the same fast guitar of Joseph Ferrante, but this time on an electric guitar.
¨Alone again¨ is a ballad full of floating guitars. A delicate piece.

They used to be a 60 seconds preview. Now we made them full for you (same as Hey Jude)

You can listen to them going to:

This treatment of the song has been completely changed rhythmically and harmonically to obtain a very different song which hardly keeps any resemblance to the original one.
Only the lyrics and the singing melody remain untouched. The rest is another song altogether. The piece has been practically recomposed. In other words, another song was composed where the singing melody of the original song would perfectly fit.
An ethereal choir lays the carpet upon which the rest of the arrangements would rest.
A mixture of classical scales, indian music, greek music, latin bachata, mambo and flamenco brings the song into reality.

On top of an obstinate percussive tempo softened by a romantic bachata rhythm, we hear the sometimes sweet and sometimes savage expressions of the guitar telling us a story...
The third part of this recomposition gives the guitar the chance to break free from the melodic structure.
After a fierce battle in the oceanic winds against creatures of all sorts, we hear the guitar rest on an ingenuous final chord which, in the sunset is the herald of a peaceful starry night...
This Hey Jude was born to reach music lovers of all backgrounds and ages.
This Hey Jude is a child of the heart and is meant to reach the hearts...comes from the depths of the soul and from there calls out to the depths of any other soul....

The owners of the copyright for the original Hey Jude (Sony Music Publishers) were so delighted by this recomposition that granted Joseph Ferrante a publishing agreement for it, thus allowing him to restructure the song. It is important to notice that on very few occasions copyright owners have granted a permission to alter a song protected by them.

Concerning this Hey Jude of Joseph Ferrante, Richard Dunn of BBC World service commented: ¨I must say I found it a very original and quite virtuoso arrangement¨. Sam Winwood of Sony Entertainment (UK) Limited said: ¨I was really impressed with the quality of the performance and your new arrangement¨. Andy Turner of London Capital Radio went on to say: ¨I found it a very interesting arrangement¨.
