The package has been given the postal service sendoff to it's next destination; kind of a reunion of sorts; back to it's origination.  I hope Topdown finds it interesting what has accumulated inside the package.  I pulled out a couple of picks, added a couple and threw in another goody or two.  I especially liked the music which had been included.  All in all, the experience of just knowing this has been all around the world was much more priceless than the contents.  A really neat concept that binds together all of us who participated.   Thanks Jeff!

WOW - I received the package late last week and spent the weekend going through all the goodies. What started out as a handful of unused picks has turned into a treasure trove of musical goodies. This just goes to show the good nature of folks here at chordie. Below is a photo of the contents including the items I will add to continue the package on it's way.

I also burned copies of the CD's (Thanks Dirty Ed and unidentified others) and believe I will take the harmonica and instruction book from bolleauxp (thanks!) - I've been wanting to learn how to play the harp and this should get me started.

I added a bunch of chordie picks, a couple of static temporary pick guards and a handful of odds and ends.

The map has been updated and the package has traveled over 70,000 miles now. This has been a ton of fun, let's keep it going! bensonp - get me your address and you'll be next (unless someone else emails first)!

Topdown
             Great to see a photo of the contents in the package. I included the two blue CDs when I had the package, and so that there is not too much of a mistery surrounding them, they are all Aussie entertainers. I thought that folks in other parts might like to hear some of our local musicians. Sorry, I can't remember which entertainers I put on the CDs, but they would of all been country-ish.

Wish I used a pick at times like this,but I guess I will keep on using my thumnail and side thumb method.

Such a cool idea Jeff!!! The only things that look familiar to me when I had it is the glass slide and the pitch pipe. Everything else looks new. Excluding the picks. Let's keep it goin' fellow strummers.

dino - there's no requirement that you use a pick to participate. The only "rule" is to agree to pass it on. Take what you want, add what you can!
