the chords shown will play the song in the actual recorded key if you place a capo on the first fret, because the song(on the Mark Chesnut album) is in the key of C#. But, if you listen CLOSELY it still won't sound quite right and picking the country riffs will be awkward also. This is because their guitar is TUNED DOWN 1/2 step and then played using the popular chord "forms" D,A,Bm and G. Hammering your pinky on the 4th fret,4th &5th strings catches the twangy notes you'll want to mix in as you play along. try it-you'll like it!
