Off By One

www.offbyoneonline.com
im tabbing this song for one guitar, i know it has two, or at least it sure as hell sounds like it has two, but i only have one so deal with it.....:)
sounds fine in standard tuning, could be drop d though
intro x4
------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- ------11-9-8--11-9-8-------9-8-9-11-11-9-8- --9-9-------------------------------------- ------------9-------9/11-11---------------- |_____| the 9 is played _______| really fast and you almost have to hammer on to the 11th fret
verse x2
-------------------------|----------- -------------------------|----------- --11-----6-----8-----4--6|--11~------ --11-----6-----8-----4--6|--11~------ --9------4-----6-----2--4|--9-~------ -------------------------|----------- second time chorus x5 im just putting the chords, the strumming changes twice i think but its not hard to figure out.
------------------------------------ ------------------------------------ --11----6----8----4----------------- --11----6----8----4----------------- --9-----4----6----2----------------- ------------------------------------
alright i know i said i wasnt tabbing two guitars but during the chorus a second guitar sounds like its doing something like this
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -11-11-11-x3-11-11-11-11-/-12-12-12-12-/-15-15-15-x3-/-12-12-12-12/-11-11-11--- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- its hard to hear and its probably isnt totally right but it sounds good enough
interlude thingy
------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- --11--------------------------------------------- --11--11-9-8---9-8-9-------------9-8-9-11-11-9-8- --9----------9---------7--9--11------------------ ---------------------9---------------------------
repeat verse x2
repeat chorus x4
another interlude thingy, this part is played on two guitars but you can play it on one just fine.the first three chords are downstrokes then the next three are up down up.
---------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------- --11-11-11---------11-11-11---------11-11-11-------------- --11-11-11-9-9-9---11-11-11-9-9-9---11-11-11-9-9-9--9----- x 2 --9--9--9--9-9-9---9--9--9--9-9-9---9--9--9--9-9-9--9x10-- -----------7-7-7------------7-7-7------------7-7-7--7-----
then go to this, again u can figure out the strumming pattern.
-------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- --11----6----11----6----11----6----11----6-- --11----6----11----6----11----6----11----6-- x 1 --9-----4----9-----4----9-----4----9-----4-- --------------------------------------------
then repeat the chorus over till the song ends
and thats it, i think the tab is close enough if your just jammin, any comments post them please or email me at hockeymunkee28@hotmail.com, if your just going to whine and complain about what a horrible guitar player i am and how much this tab sucks then dont email me. were all guitarists some better than others, theres no need to flip out because someones tab was off, could you do any better?
