LA BAMBA ~~~~~~~~
Transcribed by: Nick Masiewicki nickx@ix.netcom.com
Traditional Mexican folk song, as played by I forget whom during the '50s or '60s. If anyone knows, please e-mail me.
My English teacher taught me how to play this. Here's my transcription. One guitar plays the tab, the other plays the chords:
C F G C F G |---------------3-3-------------------------3-3---------------| Play |---3---------------2-----------3---------------2-------------| this |-----2---3-----------0-3-3-2-0---2---3-----------0-3-3-2-0---| thru- |-------0---2-----------------------0---2---------------------| out the
|-------------1---------------------------1-------------------| song |-------------------------------------------------------------| ^(lyrics start here)
Repeat the whole thing. I believe the traditional lyrics are already in OLGA. I hope this is correct. E-mail any corrections. If anyone knows what recording I'm talking about, tab out the solo if you can. I'll be workin' on it.
