live gig that I recorded. But I'll write 13 after the chords. Here they are

Instead of an E.

F: (133211) Play with a low thumb. Graham often plays the bar chords with
a low thumb.

He doesn't play this order all the way during the song.
When you play the first two "13" chords then bend the G string a little.
But I think he uses some sort of pedal that makes that "bending" sound.
Because he doesn't bend the G-string when he plays the song.
