Forty Foot Echo

Forty Foot Echo is a five-man rock band from Canada. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2003. Despite some speculation, the band is still together and seem to keep their MySpace? page running, despite not having much to do with their Hollywood Records site.

"Brand New Day", the band's best-known song, was featured on the soundtrack of the 2003 version of Freaky Friday. Murray Yates, formerly of the band Templar, is the band's lead vocals; Eric Schraeder is rhythm gutarist; Mike Sanchez is bassist; Rob Kurtzreiter is dummer; Pete Thorn, formerly of Five For Fighting, is lead guitarist.

They are currently geting ready to release their 2nd album titled "Below The Surface" which will hopefully hit stores by August. They are currently shooting the video for their new single "Closer".
