Less is a band from the San Francisco Bay Area led by the enigmatically-monikered S. Foot. As of 2005, they have released two albums, Piano Wire Smile (2001) and Cover, Protective, Individual (2004), both on the Firecode Core label. Other members have included Brian Lang (drums) and Ben Shamash (bass), the latter of whom went on to form Skyscraper with Andy Slopsema of Sinombre.
Foot was a high school classmate of Andrew Cunanan and Gary Jules.
