Radney Foster (born 1959 in Del Rio, TX) is a successful singer/songwriter who has been involved in country music for over twenty years. He was formerly a member of the group Foster and Lloyd. Foster is a 1981 graduate of The University of the South, where he became a brother of Phi Gamma Delta.
His song "Just Call Me Lonesome", co-written with George Ducas, from his album Del Rio, Texas, 1959 reached the US Top Ten charts. He also collaborated with Kim Richey on the song "Nobody Wins" from the same album. Other hit's include "Easier Said Than Done", "Willin' To Walk", "Texas In 1880" and "Scary Old World".
