I used previous versions of this posting to form my own interpretation. So here it goes. I hear this song a little flat. I basically play Jeff's (ArglBargle@aol.com) transcription, but one step low, making A's, B's, and E's flat and making F's natural (I took a guitar class. Doesn't it show?) I use a "Dropped-D" tuning rather than retuning to E flat.
