Acoustic guitar:

F#m, Dsus2, C#m7
At this point, the electric enters and plays the same chords as the acoustic. I've tabbed out the lead "riff", tho it's played by a combination of Raine singing and Jaime on keyboard. Nonetheless, here it is:

Interlude/solo:
This is really messy solo, so I'm not exactly sure how right I am about it. Just work with the sound instead of the tab.

Outro chorus:
Same as the normal chorus, however an aditional guitar plays around with the following chords. Because I don't feel like tabbing it out completely (it's very sporatic and would take a lot of space and probably confuse you), just listen the CD and you'll hear it and you should easily be able to incorporate the chords.

 Eb--9--10-12-

Bb--10-10-10-

 Gb-----------
 Db-----------
 Ab-----------
 Eb-----------

Also, the little riff at the beginning is being played near the end, and the song finishes on a G
