Hello Russell and Roger,

  Sure, I'm in for a challenge now and then.  Still unemployed and seem to have a lot of free time on my hands these days.
My PT asked me what line of work I was in and I told him that I'm a "househusband" which sounds a little better than "unemployed with poor prospects in a failing economy".

  Always glad to help if I can.

  Take Care;
  Doug

Thanks Kenny, I would have to say the mixing is the hardest part but if the parts you record are good it makes it a lot easier and enjoyable, and like anything if you work at it you have to improve smile

As a follow up Roger posed a suggestion in the recording forum for me to invite all the people who post songs in this forum or just compose lyrics and dont play a musicial instrument or are learning but still would like to have there ideas recorded,well the door is wide open for you and there are members signed up who are willling to offer there talents to help you get your song from just a few lyrics to a finished song and the best part is its habit forming because once you have experienced it you will want to do it again and again so dust off that old notebook with all the poems and ideas for songs and make them a reality theres no better time then now ya aint getting any younger lol so head on over to the recording section of Chordie and see what can be done smile

Nice link doc looks like you found a good one in your never ending search smile

Roger first let me congratulate you on an olympian effort to be sure,regarding your suggestion I can only say Doug and I have on several posts suggested members in the songwriting forum to do just that, perhaps there will be more interest because of your successful project, at least I hope so. When I first proposed "Idea 2"in the chat forum this was my hope and with your help this recording forum came into being and God willing will continue and yes I will propose this request again to the members even if I dont get a T shirt from per lol

Roger I know how much time and effort on your part went into making this song a reality and juggling between work and coordinating all the artist involved made this project of yours a reality and I am proud to have been part of it. Great job well done! smile
