1. Mostly. I have some with and some without.
2. It's easier to refer to Boomer or Tiny than it is to give the whole model name, etc.
3. It's usually some physical attribute, but that's more laziness and lack of creativity than it is a protocol.

That's a cool flag right there. But, no matter how cool looking it is, when people fight under the banner of a flag, there ought to be a darned good reason to change it.
It's awful pretty, though.
Good old whats-his-name from Grateful Dead was also missing a lot of his middle finger. Jerry Garcia! That's it. Anyway, he figured it out.
And one more thing...push your wrist forward and use it like a cam to help put pressure on your finger or fingers that are barring the strings.
I've been using the artists from featured albums in the back of Acoustic Guitar to select tunes from Freegal. Lots of neat new stuff out there.
I went for a bike ride today - in shirtsleeves! Well, and pants too of course. But no jacket or sweater.

I added a few songs this morning. I tried to add my "song of the month" for November, but it wasn't happening today. Then I tried to add the other 'performance' song, and it wasn't happening today either. So I put some campfire songs on.
