We figured that was a joke topdown.  I tell mine not to worry about it and get me another beer.  Yeah right.

jos3hall, why don't you start a new thread in the chat section and ask this again.  It will be more apt to be seen as a thread of its own.

A great group there.

Good for you.  We have to treat ourselves to those things once in a while.

Just saw this on the news.  I enjoyed the Monkees during the 60's.

I might join you guys also, but like amy, if there are close to ten people I will bow out so others may have a chance.

Look at all the offers.  What great people.

That's right.  That is what has taken me months on and off to get.  And I still have work.  I think it is really a fun song.  And it gets the crowd going.

OK, I recorded the song this morning because I felt so bad I couldn't play it well yesterday on Skype.  Well here it is.  I still need lots of practice on it, but am determined to keep practicing.  I'm getting better. Jeff was asking about it yesterday when I came back on.

Yep, I had my thumbnail pulled out by a doctor when I was a child and it grew back fine.

Good for you, BGD.  Don't you love it when something comes together?  Play on.

I did notice on some that as they got going pretty far into the song their sound got more distortion and started fading in and out.  It has to be individual settings at each end that causes this.  I am sure we will learn more as we go.  It sure was fun being part of a group like this.  What a great bunch of people.  It also gives us a chance to work off our stage fright with each other.

Yeah, Zurf.  You played so well, I forgot about your bad finger.  Even though I didn't stay for the whole event, I came back in at the end for awhile.  That was fun.  We need to do it at leats once a month.

Tubatooter is here just to make it simpler for us wannabes

Well I hope your fingers get better soon, Zurf.  You can just accompany us with your lovely voice then.
