Hi Kim,  wow i went through and listened to all your ukulele video`s on you tube and I am seriously impressed!  Your voice is awesome, love it   and i am really impressed with the whole self taught, learning and sharing online together idea, very inclusive to other people who would like to give it a try or learn.  I seriously cant get over how quickly you are picking up and learning strum strokes, making them your own and to write your own songs to boot!!! 
Your story sounds similar to mine as in i never played an instrument until much later in life, started  4/5 years ago on the ukulele.  Had tried the guitar and still love my guitar but self taught and play it badly in comparison to ukulele which is much easier to play for me
Amazed at your original songs that you are already putting to music, wow, wow, watch this space!  I have only written 2 of my own songs so far, so already you are leaps and bounds ahead of me ........ makes me want to try write another one 
Looking forward to seeing what else you write and perform in your video`s ....... i haven't braved the video world yet.... mainly cause i haven't got a you tube account (how bad is that!) lol
