Never a truer word said...
Us females are infamous for our mood swings and demonic wrath when scorned but shown a little love and affection ... it is always the thought that counts. I'd be happy with even the thought that someone wishes they could write a song so they could write one for me yet alone actually knowing that the song you're listening is about you...

im sort of new to the site... its heaven here... i'v been trying to learn to play guitar for about 18months and this site is my new garden of eden!!! i'v got loads of lyrics but one in particular that i have the melody for too... il post it on monday hopefully...

Well you say This girl... is she a girlfriend / friend / lover? or just someone who wants to feel important?
Depends what you want to gain from writting the song...
how much your life has improved since shes been in it is always a good thing... but dont sound to dependant otherwise you'll come across as desprate and clingy lol...
if you've known her a while throw in a memory or two or hint a certain things that are private between you but explainable to everyone else
things you think are cute about her ... draw on her insecurities and lay them to rest like complimenting the things she dislikes about herself....
