Topic: I'll sing a love song to you-Candi Staton

Anybody know the chords to "I'll sing a love song to you" by Candi Staton?  Or a chord and progression.  I am looking for a starting point.

Verse and chorus are the same. Starts in the key of B.   B - C#min- F# - B (2 measures each). Halfway through it modulates up to C.  C- Dm -G- C.
