Topic: no sidebar

I am using windows Vista, but I show no right sidebar for key changes, size, or printing. I can get everything fine on my laptop using windows 7. how can I get Vista to be the same as 7 ?

Try  "ctrl -" to "zoom out"  I too use W-Vista with no problem.

the zoom works as it should, but still no sidebar. Thanks for the insight.
