Did this guy ever make it.

Anyone that has seen the DVD Johnny Cash The Man. His World. His Music from the 60's  Theres a real young lad that plays a song for Cash..."Come Away from the Roadside" not sure of the title. After he sings it Cash says he's gonna get him a record deal but i'm not sure who he is!!! He has a real Dylan sound about him but think he's too young for him.
