Re: Disaster

Good news! I put it back together and it plays and stays in tune! I did have to make some minor adjustments to the bridge and nut but fortunately, the nut has two alan screws to raise or lower the string action the only negative is I need a darker stain for the back of the neck to match the rest of the color but that is minor the important thing is the intonation is excellent and it frets easy and sounds like a Gibson should, barking and roaring I'm Happy!!  smile

Way to go, Russell ... so glad you got your baby back in action, and you gotta feel great about making the repair yourself.

Re: Disaster

I will put some up as soon as I finish staining I am waiting for my buddy who has darker stains the color is like a deep wine red so it is not an easy match but it will be close
