Formatting in printed output

Hi, I'm a newbie to this site and I'm creating my first songbook. Is there a way to add bold for headings like Chorus and Bridge? What about controlling page breaks and spacing between sections and lines? Can you do any of this on the Edit screen, or do you need to copy/paste and do it in Word?
