Topic: Hit and Run - The Jimi Hendrix Story

This is a great book, and I was reminded of it when I saw the thread about Hendrix. It goes into detail about his whole life, and I was really surprised by a lot of the things that he did to become what we now know him as, a rock legend.

Thanks for the heads up Danspr. I'll be picking this up today. Jimi is my 2yr old sons favorite guitarist. We'll have some good night-time reading material now. We own Hendrix's Band of Gypsies, Live at the Fillmore East on DVD. Some great live performances and amazing studio engineering talk with Eddie Kramer. (Jimi's original recording engineer for Band of Gypsies) 38 years later people are still scratching their heads in amazement over some of Jimi's recording 'tricks'.................
