you dont need tabs theres only 4 chords to the whole song Am G F E thats it you can capo and play it on the 1st 2nd or 3rd frets but the chords remain the same the late john phillips composed it and he sang it with the mamas and the pappas eccept for F all the chords are 1st posistion open chords

Here's the chord over lyric format. It's pretty accurate. Just work with a few variations on strumming and personalize the song a bit.
