Bo Crowder inspired me to learn to play.

Garuchi inspires me to learn to play better.

Dirty Ed inspires me to play to an audience.

You won't have heard of any of these guys but for Dirty Ed because of his posts on Chordie.  But believe me, you'd enjoy hearing each of them play.

Russell, what you did with my song... before and after the final cut is a LOT to appreciate.  I really do!  I'm not crazy about having idols of any sort, so when someone does something specifically for me WITH their talents, well that's a person I call a favorite!

Steve Gaines, played with Lynyrd Skynyrd just before the crash in 1977.  Outstanding guitarist prior to joining Skynyrd.  Made a couple of albums, if you can find a CD, pick it up.  I ordered mine on-line a few years back.  One of my favorite to listen to.

Tommy Emanuel (accoustic) Joe Walshe, Brad Paisley (electric) in modern day. Carlos Santana,Jimmi Hendrix, Mark Knoffler, Slash, S.R.V, Chet Atkins (in days gone by). Pretty much any guitar player better than me. (huge list)
