Some of the more 'obscure' chords are not illustrated against the selected tunes - such as the D13.
Is there a comprehensive chord table out there somewhere?

Barre all the way across the 2nd fret and then fret C on the 4th string for D13, or just fret across the entire board at the 2nd fret for Dmaj13.
It will look like this.
5222. That will give you C D F# B, which is D13,
or
2222 which is A D F# B which is D maj 13.
