Topic: Need help in the next hour

Will be leaving home soon going to our Friday night jam. My wife is doing her version of "The Tips of My Fingers" (Steve Wainer version) in the key of Eb. I play this song for her with a capo on the 3rd fret in a C progression. (CHords C, F & G7). If you look this song up under "Songs" you'll find it in the key of "G". Transpose it to "C" and it shows a D7 chord in the progression. This does not sound right to me. In listening to the song I think this D7 chord should be played as an F chord but I can't quite grasp the sound on the CD. It's 3:00 PM, now, and I will be leaving in the next hour and a half. Can somebody get back to me quick.
