We have a member from Nagodoches Tx too but I can't for the life of me think who that is.  I didn't see that in the map last I checked.

That would be our very own "Pickle Rymer"  Mojo01 (I think).

ETA You have him on the map already.

that would be me , I was on the map last time looked

This is getting really cool. I know there's some other Canadians who are members, and I sincerely hope they'll chime in and have their locations added.

Great idea!

Yeah. Right now the eastern 1/3 of the US seems to be dominating. But when you consider land area in relation to the number of pins, New Zealand is on top.

Re: Geographical Spread On Chordie

I wonder the link for this "Chordie Map" thread could be pinned to the homepage somehow? If there was a small world map featured, with the question "Where are you?", perhaps more Chordians would step up.

Just a thought ... this is too good a project, and deserves to grow much bigger.

I'm sure there are many that I missed but I'm a bit reluctant to just start dropping people onto the map.  Some folks are a little leery of having their location out there for anyone to see even if it is just a general location.

Great idea to have this pinned to the homepage,  and while were about it, could we also have a like button as well?

I'm hoping that shows up with the changes that are in the works. That and uploading pics directly without the need for an outside hosting site.
