there's nothing to beat a bowl of porridge oats ,i always make my own cos i like it a certain way its just a matter of preference really...

Frosted Mini Wheats.

Cocoa Puffs make for a good night-time snack.  I usually eat "Healthy Crunch Nuggets of Fiberacious Goodness" or something like that.

Chopped banana's with full fat greek yogurt when I am on a health trip,
otherwise bacon n eggs as often as poss, and if there are mushrooms in the fridge, well aaaaahhhhh!!!! got to be garliced yum.
