Topic: NEW, TO CHORDIE AND GUITAR

As a long time drummer vocalist who at 49 finally figured out that its a drag depending on others to make music and thus bought myself a Martin DX1K and started learning how to use it,...I applaud your site.  Its been the most help to me of any resource I've used while doing this.  Thank you.

Hi mactuan welcome to Chordie. As a drummer you'll most likely be aware that musicians whatever they play need help and advice somewhere along the line, you'll find that here in abundance. Good luck and don't be a stranger.
